Brownhills, north of Walsall along the canal near Chasewater, was another mining town in its day, and its older terraced streets share the same shallow-roof construction you find across this part of the Black Country. Spray foam sprayed onto those roofs decades ago is a common find, usually hiding timbers that just need a proper look once the foam's stripped back.
Local Knowledge That Saves You Time
We know Brownhills' older streets well from previous jobs, which helps us spot the classic signs of a spray foam roof — and give you an honest idea of what's involved — before we're even up the ladder.
What We Do in Brownhills
Our own crews handle the full job: safe removal of open and closed cell spray foam, restoring proper roof ventilation, and re-insulating with breathable methods that suit the property. We also fit fresh loft insulation, cavity and internal wall insulation, and underfloor work where heat is escaping. Every removal is finished with a certificate, photos and the mortgage-compliant documentation surveyors ask for.
Free, No-Obligation Survey
If you're buying, selling or remortgaging a Brownhills property and spray foam has become a sticking point, get in touch. We'll assess it honestly, explain your options and only recommend removal if it's genuinely needed. £5m insured, ICO registered, and backed by a 10-year guarantee.
