Removing Problem Spray Foam

We remove both open cell and closed cell foam safely, restore the roof so a surveyor can inspect the timbers, and put proper breathable ventilation back in place. You are left with a roof that works the way it was designed to, and the documentation to prove it.

Loft, Wall and Underfloor Insulation

Once any problem foam is gone, we insulate properly. That might be a straightforward loft top-up, blown insulation, insulated loft boarding, cavity or internal wall insulation, or underfloor work where heat is escaping downwards. Where headroom is tight we fit superfoil and multifoil systems. Whatever the build, the goal is the same: a warmer home, lower heating bills and no trapped damp.

Grant-Funded Options
