Rushall

Rushall, on the eastern edge of Walsall near the historic moated site of Rushall Hall, has a more suburban feel than the terraces closer to town — mostly interwar and post-war semis with a bit more space and headroom in the loft. That extra room doesn't mean spray foam problems don't happen here; if anything, larger lofts sometimes got a more generous — and more expensive to remove — coating of foam than a typical terrace would.

Local Knowledge That Saves You Time

Rushall's semis tend to have more consistent roof construction than the older terraces further into Walsall, which makes surveying quicker, but we still check every timber properly rather than assuming one house is the same as the next.

What We Do in Rushall

Our own crews handle the full job: safe removal of open and closed cell spray foam, restoring proper roof ventilation, and re-insulating with breathable methods that suit the property. We also fit fresh loft insulation, cavity and internal wall insulation, and underfloor work where heat is escaping. Every removal is finished with a certificate, photos and the mortgage-compliant documentation surveyors ask for.

Free, No-Obligation Survey
