Bloxwich

Bloxwich sits at the northern edge of Walsall, a former lock and chain-making town with its own high street and identity rather than just a suburb. The mix of housing reflects that history — tight Victorian terraces near the old industrial sites, solid 1930s semis further out, and post-war estates towards Blakenall. Lofts on the older terraces were rarely built with much headroom, and when spray foam was sprayed onto the rafters to warm them up it often left the timbers completely hidden from view.

Local Knowledge That Saves You Time

We work in Bloxwich regularly enough to know which streets still have their original Victorian roof structure and which have been altered over the years. That matters when a surveyor asks what's under the foam, because the fix — and the cost — depends on what's actually there.

What We Do in Bloxwich

Our own crews handle the full job: safe removal of open and closed cell spray foam, restoring proper roof ventilation, and re-insulating with breathable methods that suit the property. We also fit fresh loft insulation, cavity and internal wall insulation, and underfloor work where heat is escaping. Every removal is finished with a certificate, photos and the mortgage-compliant documentation surveyors ask for.
