Darlaston

Darlaston, on the south-western edge of the Walsall borough, was once known across the country for its nut and bolt manufacturing, and its older terraced housing was built for that industrial workforce. The same shallow Victorian roofs we see across the Black Country are common here, and spray foam sprayed onto those rafters years ago is one of the most frequent jobs we're called out for locally.

Local Knowledge That Saves You Time

Darlaston's older streets tend to share the same roof construction, which means once we've surveyed a few properties nearby we usually have a good idea what a similar house on the same street will need.

What We Do in Darlaston

Our own crews handle the full job: safe removal of open and closed cell spray foam, restoring proper roof ventilation, and re-insulating with breathable methods that suit the property. We also fit fresh loft insulation, cavity and internal wall insulation, and underfloor work where heat is escaping. Every removal is finished with a certificate, photos and the mortgage-compliant documentation surveyors ask for.
