West Bromwich

West Bromwich, a few miles south of Walsall in Sandwell, has the classic Black Country mix of Victorian and Edwardian terraces close to the town centre, with plenty of postwar housing and industrial units further out towards Wednesbury and Tipton. Spray foam turns up regularly in the older terraced streets, usually applied years ago as a cheap way to warm up a cold roof, and just as regularly it's the thing standing between a homeowner and a mortgage or remortgage going through.

Local Knowledge That Saves You Time

We survey a good number of West Bromwich properties every year, so we know the area's housing well — which streets tend to have the older, shallower roofs, and which have already had work done that needs checking rather than starting from scratch.

What We Do in West Bromwich

Our own crews handle the full job: safe removal of open and closed cell spray foam, restoring proper roof ventilation, and re-insulating with breathable methods that suit the property. We also fit fresh loft insulation, cavity and internal wall insulation, and underfloor work where heat is escaping. Every removal is finished with a certificate, photos and the mortgage-compliant documentation surveyors ask for.
