Sutton Coldfield

Sutton Coldfield, on the eastern side of our coverage area next to Sutton Park, is a different kind of housing stock to the Black Country terraces we deal with elsewhere — larger 1930s and postwar detached and semi-detached homes with genuinely spacious lofts. Bigger lofts mean bigger spray foam jobs when it comes to removal, and because Sutton Coldfield has a good number of higher-value properties, we handle plenty of removals tied to equity release and remortgage applications where a surveyor has flagged the foam.

Local Knowledge That Saves You Time

We're used to working in Sutton Coldfield's larger properties, where the loft itself can be almost a full room in size. That changes the scope and cost of a removal compared with a typical terrace, and we quote it properly rather than applying a one-size price.

What We Do in Sutton Coldfield

Our own crews handle the full job: safe removal of open and closed cell spray foam, restoring proper roof ventilation, and re-insulating with breathable methods that suit the property. We also fit fresh loft insulation, cavity and internal wall insulation, and underfloor work where heat is escaping. Every removal is finished with a certificate, photos and the mortgage-compliant documentation surveyors ask for.
